Basic Steps For Buyers:
Buyers selects a Realtor
Buyers gets pre-approved by a Lender if a loan is needed
Buyers views homes with Realtor
Buyers selects a home and submits a contract to Sellers Realtor
If accepted by Sellers, Realtor opens escrow
Inspections are ordered and reviewed
Sellers disclosures are reviewed
Lender orders appraisal
Buyers informs Escrow company of home insurance company
Buyers receives final loan approval from Lender
Loan documents are prepared by Lender and sent to Escrow
Escrow company sends closing documents to Buyers
Buyers schedules an appointment to sign documents at Escrow office
Buyers deposit required funds at Escrow office
Signed loan documents are returned to the Lender for review
Lender “funds the loan”
Documents are recorded and Escrow is closed
Buyers get their keys from Realtor

Property Tax Due Dates
The fiscal tax year commences on July 1 of each year, and ends on June 30 of the following year. Secured property taxes can be paid in two installments.
